Psychosocial risks
Psychosocial risks refer to the likelihood that work related psychosocial hazards that have an impact on employees health and safety through their perceptions and experience such as workplace problems as work related stress, workplace violence and harassment. Psychosocial risk factors may include,
· High workloads
· Tight deadlines
· Alcohol in the workplace
· Body stressing
· Bullying in the workplace
· Customer aggression
· Remote work
· Work related mental stress
