Mental health is a common disorder which is interlinked with our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Over the course of life, can be experienced mental health problems, based on your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Many factors which affect a person due to mental health are as follows Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry, Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse, Family background or pressures of mental health problems, and some signs of mental health are explained as follows Eating or sleeping too much or too little, Pulling away from people and usual activities, Having low or no energy, Feeling numb, Having unexplained aches and pains, Feeling helpless or hopeless, more drug addictions, Feeling confused, angry, upset, scared, fighting with family and friends, suffering with unforgettable memories, False belief, Thinking of harming yourself or others, and many more. People with mental health problems can get better and many recover completely by maintaining positive mental health like getting professional suggestions, connecting with others, staying positive, getting physically active, helping others, getting enough sleep, developing coping skills.
