Stress is the way of responding to any kind of demand or threat and also known as the fight or flight reaction or the stress response. Health problems caused by stress includes depression and anxiety, Pain of any kind, Sleep problems, Autoimmune diseases, Digestive problems, Skin conditions (such as eczema), Heart disease, Weight problems, Reproductive issues, Thinking and memory problems. Main types of symptoms of stress are Cognitive symptoms (memory problems, less concentrate, poor judgment, seeing only the negative, anxious thoughts, worrying), Emotional symptoms (depression, unhappiness, moodiness, irritability, loneliness, and other emotional health problems), Physical symptoms (aches and pains, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, chest pain, rapid heart rate, loss of sex drive, frequent colds or flu), Behavioral symptoms (eating more or less, sleeping too much or too little, withdrawing from others, neglecting responsibilities, using drugs, nervous habits like nail biting, pacing etc).
