Anxiety disorders
Everyone feels anxious now and then. It’s a normal emotion. For example, you may feel nervous when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision. Anxiety disorders are different, though which is caused due to mental illnesses, and the distress. Different types of anxiety disorders are as follows Panic disorder (feel like terror, panic attack, having chest pains, and feel palpitations), Social anxiety disorder (also called as social phobia, worry and self-consciousness about everyday social situations), Specific phobias (feel intense fear of a specific object or situation, such as heights or flying), Generalized anxiety disorder (feel excessive, unrealistic worry and tension with no reason).
