Nano clusters

Nano clusters are basically aggregates of small nanoparticles that are formed due to attractive interactions between individual nanoparticles. Nano clusters can be synthesized using different sources. Two of the frequently used sources are supersonic nozzle source, and gas aggregation source/condensation cell type source. Properties of Nano clusters include Magnetic properties, Reactivity properties, and Optical properties. Nano clusters are biocompatible, ultra small, and exhibit bright emission, hence promising candidates for fluorescence bio imaging or cellular labeling. Nano clusters along with fluorophores are widely used for staining cells for study both in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, Nano clusters can be used for sensing and detection applications.

Nanomaterial chemistry and technology journal welcomes new research and articles related to Nano clusters. Nanomaterial chemistry and technology is a global open access journal maintaining high standards of scientific excellence and its editorial board ensures a rapid peer review process.
