Nano Coatings
Nano coating can be defined as having either the thickness of the coating in Nano scale or the second phase particles that are dispersed into the matrix in the Nano size range or coatings having Nano sized grains/phases, etc. Nano coating is the sealing of a material at the atomic level through methods such as atomic layer deposition (ALD).
