Quality assurance
Quality assurance is a process to determine that the product or service meets the customer requirements and expectations. This is used to prevent errors or defect in the manufactured products that aid in preventing problems when supplied to customers. It also defines as "part of quality management which provides assurance that the quality requirements will be fulfilled". The primary goal of quality assurance is tracking and resolving deficiencies of the product prior to product release. Administrative and procedural activities are included in quality assurance which is applied in a quality system so that aims and requirement for a product, service or activity will be fulfilled.
