Risk management is that the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to attenuate, monitor, and management the chance or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the conclusion of opportunities. Risks will come back from numerous sources together with uncertainty in monetary markets, threats from project failures, legal liabilities, credit risk, accidents, natural causes and disasters, deliberate attack from a person, or events of unsure or unpredictable root-cause. There are 2 styles of events i.e. negative events will be classified as risks whereas positive events are classified as opportunities. Methods, definitions and goals vary wide in step with whether or not the chance management methodology is within the context of project management, security, engineering, industrial processes, monetary portfolios, computer assessments, or public health and safety.
