Biography
Dr. Jothilingam Sivapackiam is a Staff
Scientist at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School
of Medicine, St. Louis MO, USA. Current research
work is focused to develop a novel molecular imaging probe for myocardial perfusion
imaging and assessment of functional transport mediated by ABC-family of
transporters in neurodegenerative diseases and multidrug resistant cancers. He
received his doctoral degree in Chemistry from Pondicherry University, Puducherry,
India. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at Florida Center for
Heterocyclic Compounds, University of Florida, Gainesville FL and then he moved
to Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of
Medicine, St. Louis MO as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate. He also worked as
a Senior Research Associate at GVK Biosciences, Hyderabad AP, India. He has published his research articles/book
chapter in the peer-reviewed journals. His research articles were cited in the
various research articles/books and patent.
