Biography
Yongcun Zhou received the Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology in Xian Jiaotong University (XJTU), China in 2014. He researched at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) from 2012 to 2014 as a visiting scholar. During this period, he mainly engaged in the research of electronic packaging composite materials with Professor C.P. Wong. He joined the faculty of Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU) in 2014 as an associate professor. He has published more than 30 SCI papers, including 15 papers as the first author. H-factor is 14. His current research interests lie in the fields of polymeric materials, electronic packaging and nano-functional material syntheses and characterizations.
