Risk assessment
Risk assessment is the complete action of hazard identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. Risk assessment is the process of evaluating risks to workers safety and health from workplace hazards. It is a systematic examination of all aspects of work that considers, cause injury or harm, whether the hazards could be eliminated or not, and what preventive or protective measures can control the risks. Factors that contribute the risk level are, the work environment, the range of foreseeable conditions, way the source may cause harm and the interaction, capability, skill, experience of workers who do the work.
