Sleep walking
Sleepwalking is also known as somnambulism. It involves getting up and walking around while in a state of sleep. Symptoms of sleep walking are eyes open during sleep, having blank facial expression, may sit up and appear awake during sleep, urinating in inappropriate places, no memory of the episode afterward confusion, walking during sleep, disorientation upon awakening, talking is incomprehensible and non-purposeful. Main causes of sleepwalking includes,
· Heredity
· Poor sleep hygiene
· Sleeping with a full bladder
· Certain medications
· Illness or fever
