Nano probes
Nano probes are used for focusing on imaging, visualization and detection of diseases. Several Nano probes are used to detect many types of diseases like image and track single cells, tumors, cancer cells, brain diseases and the types of different Nano probes are used namely known as fluorescent Nano probes, up conversion nanoparticle probes, super magnetic iron oxide Nano probes, polymer and liposome Nano probes. There is a strong need for sensitive and selective optical techniques for use in bio sensing, biomedical diagnostics, pathogen detection, gene identification, gene mapping, and DNA sequencing. Some of the recent examples in the exploration of metal are gold and silver nanoparticles, especially with magnetic properties and bio conjugated structures, as mainly known as theranostic Nano probes. Such Nano probes exhibit tunable optical, spectroscopic, magnetic, and electrical properties for signal amplifications.
