Clinical Chemistry
Clinical chemistry also called as Clinical biochemistry, Medical biochemistry or Chemical pathology. It is an applied form of biochemistry. Clinical chemistry is the area of chemistry that is generally concerned with analysis of body fluids for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. As science and technology have advanced many techniques have been applied in clinical chemistry which includes measurement of enzyme activities, spectrophotometry, electrophoresis, and immunoassay. There are now many blood tests and clinical urine tests are performed with extensive diagnostic capabilities. Tests performed are closely monitored and quality controlled.
Edelweiss Chemical Science Journal aims to publish new research and innovations in pharmaceutical field. The study of drugs and its development is pharmaceutical chemistry. It includes absorption, metabolism, drug discovery, drug delivery and more. Analytical techniques, metabolism, quality assurance, drug chemistry, pharmacology, cures and remedies for disease are involved in Pharmaceutical chemistry. Edelweiss publications include rigorous peer review process and high scientific publishing standard to ensure superior contribution to scholarly literature added with high quality production.
