Environmental science
Environmental Science is an interdisciplinary field which relates to fields like physical science, biological science, informational science which includes the following fields.
· Ecology
· Geology
· Oceanography
· Environmental studies
· Environmental engineering
· Geo sciences
· Zoology and many more
The above fields are used to study the environment, and the solution of environmental problems. Environmental science emerged from the fields of natural history and medicine during the Enlightenment.
Geosciences: Geosciences includes environmental geology, environmental social science, evolution of volcanoes in the earth crust and many more.
Ecology: Ecology is the study of interactions between organisms and their environment. Environmental factors include water, air, soil etc. some times this may include oceanology and hydrology.
Environmental chemistry: This is the study of chemical alterations which will take place in the environment.
The journal of Edelweiss Applied Science and technology addresses current issues related to Environmental science, including research on Ecology, Geoscience, Environmental studies and many more. Peer review process is done by editorial board members following the double blinding process.
