Mental Health Illiteracy

Mental health literacy is defined as knowledge and beliefs about mental disorders which aid their recognition, management or prevention. These two classes of disorders are amongst the most prevalent types of mental illness, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Narrowing the Gap in Mental Health Literacy. Improved mental health literacy can:
