Hosts can fight against the diseases utilizing their immune system. Mammalian hosts respond to diseases with an inborn reaction, frequently including irritation, trailed by a versatile response. Specific medications used to treat infections include antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals, antiprotozoals, and antihelminthics.
