Nano composites
Nano composites are composites in which at least one of the phases shows dimensions in the nanometer range (1 nm = 10-9 m)1. Nano composite materials have emerged as suitable alternatives to overcome limitations of micro composites and monolithic, while posing preparation challenges related to the control of elemental composition and stoichiometry in the Nano cluster phase. Producing batteries with greater power, speeding up the healing process for broken bones, producing structural components with a high strength to weight ratios, using graphene to make composites with even higher strength, making lightweight sensors with Nano composites, using Nano composites to make flexible batteries, to see and remove tumors easier.
