Food Addiction

Food addiction refers to when the need to eat becomes compulsive or uncontrollable. This compulsive behavior may be in response to an emotion, such as stress, sadness, or anger. Food addiction effects majorly are of two ways, it includes physical effects (Heart disease, diabetes, digestive problems, malnutrition, obesity, chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, reduced sex drive, headaches) and psychological effects (Depression, panic attacks, irritability, anxiety, and suicidal ideation). Food addiction can also have an impact on social life and relationships.
