Carbozole
Carbazole is an aromatic organic heterocyclic compound. It is tricyclic structure, consisting of two six-membered benzene rings fused on either side of a five-membered nitrogen containing ring. The structure of carbozole is based on the indole structure, but in this second benzene ring is fused with the five-membered ring at the 2–3 position of indole which is equivalent to the 9axial–4axial double bond in carbazole.
