Retrovirology

Study of retro viruses is called Retrovirology. Retroviruses were found when the new century rolled over in two examinations committed to neoplastic sicknesses in chickens. In 1908, the Danish doctor veterinarian group of Vilhelm Ellermann and Oluf Bang demonstrated that chicken leukosis, a type of leukemia and of lymphoma, was caused by an infection. In 1911, Peyton Rous at the Rockefeller Institute in New York revealed the sans cell transmission of a sarcoma in chickens (Ellermann and Bang 1908; Rous 1911). The specialists found by Ellermann and Bang are currently known under the aggregate term avian leukosis infection or ALV. The infection separated by Rous bears the name of its pioneer: Rous sarcoma infection. Together, these infections establish the avian C-type infection variety, frequently alluded to as avian sarcoma/leukosis infections (ASLV).

AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) is caused by HIV (Human Immuno deficiency virus). HIVbelongs to the family retrovirus, that attacks the human immune system especially CD4 cells (T cells), CD4 cells helps the immune system to fight against infections. HIV is transmitted through body fluids like blood, semen, vaginal and rectal fluids and breast milk. HIV do not  spread through skin-to-skin contact, hugging, shaking hands, or kissing, Air or water, Sharing food or drinks, including drinking fountains, Saliva, tears, or sweat , Sharing a toilet, towels, or Bedding Mosquitoes or other insects. The natural life of a person with AIDS is about to three years. Approximately 1.1 million people of Americans are presently suffering with HIV.
