ELISA

The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is a regularly utilized logical organic chemistry test, first portrayed by Weiland in 1978. The test utilizes a strong stage chemical immunoassay (EIA) to distinguish the nearness of a ligand (usually a protein) in a fluid example utilizing antibodies guided against the protein to be estimated. The ELISA has been utilized as an analytic instrument in medication and plant pathology, and as a quality control check in different ventures. In the most basic type of an ELISA, antigens from the example are joined to a surface. At that point, a matching antibody is connected over the surface so it can tie to the antigen. This antibody is connected to an enzyme, and, in the last step, a substance containing the enzymes substrate is included. The ensuing response creates a detectable signal, most regularly a shading change in the substrate.

AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) is caused by HIV (Human Immuno deficiency virus). HIVbelongs to the family retrovirus, that attacks the human immune system especially CD4 cells (T cells), CD4 cells helps the immune system to fight against infections. HIV is transmitted through body fluids like blood, semen, vaginal and rectal fluids and breast milk. HIV do not  spread through skin-to-skin contact, hugging, shaking hands, or kissing, Air or water, Sharing food or drinks, including drinking fountains, Saliva, tears, or sweat , Sharing a toilet, towels, or Bedding Mosquitoes or other insects. The natural life of a person with AIDS is about to three years. Approximately 1.1 million people of Americans are presently suffering with HIV. Of those people one in five they doesnt know they are infected with HIV virus.
