Migraine

Migraine is a primary headache disorder characterized by recurrent headaches. Which are moderate to severe. Typically, the headaches affect one half of the head, and last from two to three days. symptoms include  nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light, sound, or smell. The pain is generally made worse by physical activity. Up to one-third of people have an aura is a visual disturbance for short period that signals that the headache will soon occur. Migraines are associated with major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorder. four possible phases to a migraine

1.The prodrome, which occurs hours or days before the headache

2. The aura, which immediately precedes the headache

3.The pain phase, also known as headache phase

4.The postdrome, the effects experienced following the end of a migraine attack
