Acridine

Acridine | Heterocyclic Journal | Heterocyclic Researches

Acridine is an organic compound with nitrogen as a hetero atom with the formula C13H9N. Acridines are substituted derivatives of the parent ring. Acridine is a planar molecule that is structurally related to anthracene with one of the central CH groups replaced by nitrogen. Similar to pyridine and quinoline, acridine is mildly basic and colorless solid. Acridine and its derivatives can be prepared by many synthetic processes. There are no commercial applications of acridines but at some time acridine dyes were popular and commercially used. The Journal of Heterocyclics welcomes all the research work related to Acridine.

Journal of heterocyclics is a peer reviewed journal, with rapid publications process. Journal of heterocyclics is a scholarly journal maintaining high standards of scientific excellence and its editorial board ensures a rapid peer review process and available globally. It tries to publish the manuscript within 4-6 weeks of time after submission. Journal of heterocyclics publishes Research articles, Editorials, Commentary, letters to the Editor, reviews, and minireviews.
