An organism immune response is against its own healthy cells and tissues are called as Autoimmunity. Disease which results in aberrant immune response is called as autoimmune disease. Lupus erythematosus, Sjogren syndrome, Hashimoto thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile (type 1) diabetes, polymyositis, scleroderma, Addison disease, vitiligo, pernicious anemia, glomerulonephritis, and pulmonary fibrosis are some autoimmune diseases. Fatigue, achy muscles, swelling and redness, low-grade fever, trouble concentrating, numbness and tingling in the hands and feet, hair loss, skin rashes and well-balanced diet, getting regular exercise. Overactive immune response, reducing of inflammation and pain can be done by Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), naproxen (Naprosyn) and immune-suppressing drugs.
