Combinatorial ablation and immunotherapy is an oncological treatment that combines various tumor-ablation techniques with immunotherapy treatment. Combination of ablation therapy with immunotherapy can enhance immune response and has curative metastatic cancer treatment. Several ablative techniques were used cryoablation, radiofrequency ablation, laser ablation, photodynamic ablation, stereotactic radiation therapy, hyperthermia therapy to treat the cancer. By exposing cancer cells to high temperature can induce the heat liable cells. so to minimize the action nanotechnology in thermal ablation and immunotherapy were used.
