Breastfeeding is the feeding of babies with milk from womans breast. Health professionals suggest to feed the baby with womans milk as much as the baby needs which is very good to the baby health. Breastfeeding has a number of benefits to both mother and baby. Many of the babies die without the proper feeding of milk from womans breast. Breastfeeding decreases the problem of respiratory tract infections and diarrhea, both in developed and developing countries. Other benefit includes lower risks of food allergies, asthma, leukemia and diabetes. Breastfeeding may also improve decrease the risk of obesity in adulthood and cognitive development. Mothers may feel pressure to breastfeed, but good growth in the children compare to bottle feed.
