Sleep deprivation may be the short or long term, which leads to some characteristic symptom such as sleepiness, hallucinations, memory problems, and pain complaints, yawning, moodiness, fatigue and irritability, depressed mood, forgetfulness, lack of motivation or concentration, reduced sex drive. Sleep requirements differ from one person and also depending on age, physical activity levels, general health and other individual factors. In general, Primary school children need about 9- 10 hours. In teenagers need about 9- 10 hours. Adults need about 8 hours. But scientists have guided that, if you feel tired during the day, aim to get more sleep.
