Some dental methods require a quite certain arrangement of dental abilities and fall into a part of dentistry called Oral surgey. Oral Surgery treats an extensive variety of sicknesses and conditions which includes Tooth loss, Wisdom teeth removal, Dental Implants, Extraction of teeth, Treatment of endodontal diseases, Jaw/mouth/teeth injury, Cleft lip and cleft palate repair, Temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ) and Unequal jaw growth (malocclusion).
Few of the surgeries done by oral surgeons are dentoalveolar surgery, it involves removal of teeth which are impacted by injuries and extraction of teeth which are difficult to removal normally, dentures and bone grafting.
